From part-time to full-time coverage, Plummer provides Construction Management Services and Resident Project Representatives for field observation, easing client concerns and facilitating the smooth delivery of projects. Our staff can take the lead on projects, or they can become an extension of your staff. We offer training sessions for individuals at any level and can serve as a liaison for your staff.
Additionally, our construction management services team functions independently, offering our complete suite of services and tools for projects that we do not design.
From detailed, project-specific cost estimates to budgetary capital improvement planning estimates, we follow the Association for the Advancement of Costs Engineering (AACE) standard format for Estimating Standards and provide clients with the information needed to plan for the future. We also assist clients with reviewing plans and specifications on existing designs and making recommendations to minimize changes and project delays.
Brian heads Plummer’s team of construction managers, project managers, cost estimators, engineers, and project representatives on various design and construction projects spanning from traditional to alternative delivery methods. He leads cost estimating efforts and provides quality control on opinions of probable construction cost. With a background in civil engineering, his experience includes site work such as underground utilities, water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations and lift stations, tunnel and boring operations, roadways, and landscaping features.
Plummer is providing third party construction management and resident project representative services on the construction of a new 8 MG water storage tank.
